Your Personal guide on this self-care journey

I'm a type 6 on the Enneagram, and I come from a long line of "superwomen" so setting healthy
boundaries for myself was never easy for me. Several years ago, I decided to retire my
"superwoman" cape and make myself a priority for a change. I learned that when I started
"saving myself" and prioritizing my own needs, I was able to create a better version of myself,
for myself first and for the ones I love second.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor & Self-care Coach, I work with women just like you who are over the
hussle and bussle of trying to manage all the things while having little to no energy and time for
yourself.
